  • A booking fee is required to secure your date and allows us to start working on your decor. Your booking fee is non-refundable. We regret that we cannot accept cheques for a booking fee.
 
  • Groovy Balloons cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied by the customer or venue that may effect your order
 
  • Alterations to the original order can be made up to 14 working days prior to the date of the event for which the balloons are required. ANY ALTERATIONS MADE AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
 
  • Your Total Due must be paid in full not less than 7 working days before the event.
 
  • Please check your invoice carefully to ensure that everything you have ordered is shown, as the invoice will form our checklist when we are decorating your event. Please inform us of any mistakes immediately
 
  • Any personalized goods which are ordered require full payment at the time of order. These products are also non refundable.
 
  • The safekeeping and return to Groovy Balloons, of returnable fixings, display pieces and hire or loan equipment is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed
 
  • Balance refunds cannot be made on events cancelled less than one month before the event. Suitable insurance should be taken to cover this eventuality
 
  • Groovy Balloons will provide you with the service and products agreed. We will leave your venue decorated to your requirements. Once Groovy Balloons have departed from your venue we take no responsibility for the condition of your decorations. We advise that someone is available to sign off the work before we leave
 
  • Groovy Balloons do not use decorations or balloons supplied by clients.  We provide professional materials in order to ensure the best quality
 
  • It is essential that the telephone number of the venue key holder be supplied to us that we may arrange a time to construct your decorations. Balloon decorating is a very time-consuming job and can be done on the day of the event - so access to the venue may need to be earlier than you may expect. We cannot be held responsible for any problems which may arise from our not being able to gain access to the venue at a time suitable to us
 
  • Balance payments may be made by cash, cheque or card. BALLOONS WILL NOT BE INSTALLED AT THE EVENT IF FULL CLEARED PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED 7 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

Here at Groovy Balloons, we can promise you that any personal data received by us will only be used for fulfilling your order with us and for occasional promotional information we think you may be interested in. They will not be passed on to a third party.

Any payment details you share with us will not be stored by Groovy Balloons. Payments made through the website are securely delivered to our bank account via a secure payment gateway and are to be taken UK Pounds Sterling. (GBP)
